一、概述

本設備是采用低電壓、大電流將規格的鋼絲繩夾在兩極之間，在0.5秒之內快速熔斷、火花小、鋼絲熔斷后，斷頭光滑、無毛刺、牢固、不松散，糊頭在1~2mm以內。

      本設備是廣泛用于航空，交通、醫療等行業的剎車線、拉緊線、連結線操縱定位尺寸熔斷的必備設備。

二、設備規格及功能

1、  鋼絲規格根據客戶需定，ф0.8mm~ф2.0mm一次可熔斷5根 ,ф2.5mm~ф5mm一次可熔斷2根                 
2、  速度每小時可熔斷2000根（ф0.8-ф2.0）
3、 根據鋼絲繩的大小調節電流、電壓大小
